HI
Im using Latest XAMPP on my pc Windows 10

after install Xammp i can edit admin (mysql) and add user database... and also can manage my wordpress normally a 100% work !!

but when i turn my pc off ot restart my pc.... i cant access http://localhost ... it appear " ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"

....when i uninstall and reinstall again it will works like i said above... but if i turn off or restart... error again!! like a loop!

HELP ME!!!

Did you start Apache and MySQL after system restart?

yes ,Of course ...i start it both after restart ...it on! but cant access
