What is process ID (PID) 2912?
Check that with help of your windows task manager.

With both XAMPP and windows task manager open there is no PID that matches 2912 in the 'services' tab.

Nothing that would correlate to 2912.

I did some more checking by Googling it. After delving into Task Manager deeper than I ever have before and discovering the Resource Monitor and Listening Ports drop down I learned both Ports (443 & 80) share similar problem. For both have 'httpd.exe as an IMAGE'; 'IPv6 unspecified & IPv4 unspecified as an ADDRESS'; ' 'TPP as a PROTOCOL'; and all are 'Allowed, not restricted by Firewall Status'

Any more ideas?

I believe I fixed the problem(s)! For I high-lighted (without opening the XAMPP Control Panel) and right clicked on properties and assigned the recommended Administrative Rights and all seems to be well and good. I do find it peculiar, though, why the 'Mercury' Module isn't checked when all the others are - I guess I'll cross that bridge later when I come to it! Anyhow, if all appears good (SEE BELOW) please share with me the same - for I have not a damn clue what I'm doing!
