XAMPP NOT startup after upgrade to Win 10 - reinstalled AVG ANTIVIRUS, tried:

well - why this error... why apache Not startup unlike mysql that starts...?

Because port 80 is not free
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!

this has to do with upgrade? how change localhost port to 8080?

The better question would be why your port 80 is not free and if you can make it free.

I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and my port 80 was free.
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!

how disable this service and free the port?
