MySQL not starting

Hello guys

I'm having trouble with XAMPP (V3.2.1)

Apache and MySQL not starting

so I changed the port number for apache in the configuration and it worked
but mysql isn't working

I tried to apply what is on this video but still didn't work

when I try to access localhost I get an error

I'm using win7-32 bit
