MySQL will not restart

After installing the latest version of xampp, I had to change the port on apache. But mysql started with no problems. But after closing xampp and restarting, Apache starts OK but I can't get MySQL to start. I keep getting the following error(log follows):

InnoDB: the .ibd file, you can set innodb_force_recovery > 0 in my.cnf
InnoDB: and force InnoDB to continue crash recovery here.
