mod_wsgi.so Which compiler was used to compile apache?

LoadModule foo_module modules/mod_wsgi.so
For Python 3.4 and apache compiled with VC10 ( windows )
How can I find which version xampp apache was compiled with.
I use xampp 1.8.1 with Apache 2.4.3
