Hello, New user need HELP!

Downloaded XAMPP today wanted to learn PHP...

However I got this error when trying to run APACHE on the control panel

How do I fix this? I tried changing ports and it didn't help.

Never mind I figured it out, needed to run as administrator.

If admins can lock this that would be fine.
