xampp 5.6.11 oracle 9

Good evening everyone. I have successfully installed XAMPP version 5.6.11, the file C: \ xampp \ php \ ext is the only object that draws oracle php_oci8_12c.dll. In turn enabled in php.ini I just object; extension = php_oci8_12c.dll; everything works well with Oracle 10, but when I have to connetermi oracle 9, is not supported. I tried to put online also oracle instantclient 11.1 but not working. By chance some of you solved the problem. Thanks a lot.
