there are no logs in eroor file how can i make it run can you describe the process please? i ve windows 8 os system and i need to complete my project till weekend so please help

Then you should have started by far earlier. A webserver is an extremely sophisticated software, you cannot resolve all problems within a couple of days (or even less).
