i installed xampp like 100 times i can't figure out why it's not giving me the same files as before i installed it went to localhost it gave me options to configure everything easy but now i installed it and there is no website interface to setup mysql or anything wtf is going on

One copy is sufficient. I think you will run into many issues when it comes to port allocation.

On a serious note, this is discussed on the board many times already. The old pages are outdated and removed.

You want to access phpmyadmin? Simply open your browser and type in http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ or even quicker click the Admin button in your xampp control panel.
You want to change the root password? Simply follow the [FGA] Setting MySQL root password

What else do you miss exactly?
