The aboe error occurs each time try to start the MySQL or Apache services.
Please guys help me out.I am Stucked up at this from long

1. This is not the entire log window.
2. you missed to show us the mysql_error.log and Windows Event log entries
3. you missed every information related to your Apache problem.

so basically you don't have done what the messages told you to do.
Should we ask our crystal ball or simply guess what the problem with your system is?

You said something about services, so first test is to remove the windows services and try to start the single components without them.
