UTF-8

I saw, that my local XAMPP does not work very good concerning UTF-8. I wonder, HOW I can set and keep my local Apache still in the UTF-8 mode. I want to use characters in the UTF-8 mode through whole the XAMPP, my PHP programs and my files WITHOUT unnecessary conversion.

We don't know any of your project files so we cannot provide any support for this.
Using UTF-8 with XAMPP is possible out of the box.
