Is it possible to install php7 on xampp?
i have the newest version of xampp with php 5.6.11.
i want to use php7 with xampp for development
somebody has managed to do so?

Yes and no - but obviously, you did not read the provided link? Why not?
Xampp does not suppert PHP in Module Mode with VC14, but in CGI Mode the Compiler Release (VC ....) does not matter. So after reading the provided link, you will know everything.
