localhost/xampp only works first time

I have installed xampp and I tested it with "localhost/xampp" and it worked perfect.
But when I start it for the second time Apache and Mysql start but "localhost/xampp" doesn't work anymore.
Ps: Sorry for bad english.

What are the error logs? What does the webpage show you when you try to go to localhost/xampp?
