The concern here is if this is on a public domain aka www.example.com (not hard to figure out what the ip address is) and you have a site that says "Everyone who knows your ip address can see these pages".
This is not a comforting feeling as this does not mention anything about only being on the same network, just a general connection to the internet.

In Germany (commonly also in other countries) consumer pcs are not connected directly to the internet. There is at least a router in between. So without configuration changes to that router (like port forwarding or automatic DynDNS) a XAMPP installation on a personal computer is not directly accessible from the internet.
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!

It's like porn for programmers 8)
