Wordpress only Local view

Hello, few day ago i installed Xampp. I installed wordpress also to show wordpress sites to public. Now, my wordpress installation only works locally.
When i try to visit my public link, (http://publiclink.com:3000/wordpress) then it says "No objects found". If i visit (http://publiclink.com:3000/wordpress/index.html) then i see only my index.html file i used to test connection, and this works. What do i need to do to view my wordpress website online (not locally). To be short, html works, php not.
Any help would be greatfull.
