MySql not starting

Hello friends i need help MySql not starting in the xampp server with the following message

Go into the Windows System Dialog and edit the Windows Services and change the service called "mysql" as mentioned above (replace "mysqld-nt.exe" by "mysqld.exe" and replace "my.cnf" by "my.ini"). You obviously installed a new Xampp over an existing older version.
