Mysql Connection Failed

Some one help. Mysql connection failed,

• #1130 Cannot login to the mysql server

Connection for control user as defined in configuration failed

what do I need to do?

By default, the phpmyadmin UI should allow you to login to your mysql instance. Did you change/delete the username or password? Are you trying to use a username / password combination that is not in the database that you think should be? The default user is root with no password.

It happens at a first time, unable to login to phpmyadmin, I did not know anything to do. I uninstall xampp after some hour I reinstalled it again. I said to to myself that will not setup a password to avoid password error and unable to login. When I was creating a database and table, My code always return error somethings like this: "access denied, unable to connect to mysql" I was finding a help anywhere, I read some instructions that I did not understand, After carrying out some setting and configurations. I was unable to login to phpmyadmin.

I keep on getting the same error.

Tried changing aspects of the config.inc.php file but no combinations worked.

I have not specified a username or password, but the default 'root' and no password options are not working. I don't understand why it isn't working as I haven't specified a username and password myself and it's not clear how I would change these. I haven't even created a database yet so I don't understand what's going on - it was a fresh install (I deleted and currently in the process of re-downloading)
