xampp + adsense ads not show up on my site i check code everything look ok

It's not an Xampp problem. Xampp just dumps what you see in a View Source to your browser.

I may have a clue though, is your adsense account linked to you healthy-life.mooo.com domain name? If so, you need to understand the difference between a web forward, and actual DNS. What google sees as your referer, well just look at the header my browser sends.

before i tried http://73.20.45.75/healthyweightlossperweek/ without domain ads still not show up
