I've tried installing portable xampp on my USB with the zip method, but it comes up with an error to do with ports 80 and 443.. Please Help! xD

I don't have a J drive in use at the moment?

But there is a Windows Service running from Drive J.
Never ever register windows services for programs on portable drives. Drive letters can change and your portable drive commonly is not plugged in all the time.
