When access database page,Browser show blank page

When I try to access my database that's mean localhost/phpmyadmin,The browser show a blank page,Although the mysql is started from the control panel. I add that apache is working and here is no problem and I already have uninstall my skype.Please give me a suggestion,Now how to solve the problem???
