XAMPP is not working properly, it's sending incomplete data

Hi,

I am using xampp from more than 2 years, but never faced the similar issue which I am getting now. Whenever I am viewing a medium size page, xampp not sending full page data, e.g. some page don't displaying footer things, jQuery is not loading fullly and so on. So, every page is broken. Where as when I am opening that directly, by open with option, these pages are working perfectly. Please help me
