Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.

3:33:25 PM [Apache] Press the Logs button to view error logs and check
3:33:25 PM [Apache] the Windows Event Viewer for more clues
3:33:25 PM [Apache] If you need more help, copy and post this
3:33:25 PM [Apache] entire log window on the forums

I reconfigured Skype to NOT use port 80 and 443....And I closed the program...it is not running, not in memory

Have you tried typing netstat -aon in command prompt to see if these ports are in use by another program (possibly with a PID=4)?
