Hot to access XAMPP over internet.

I can not access my xampp server on other computer via internet.
I can only access this on my own pc using 127.0.0.1 or localhost or my internal ip(i.e. 192.168.xx.xx)....but when i try to access it using my public ip It doesnt works...not even on my own computer...
Please help me ..I am a beginner so it will be very kind of you if you can tell me in detail :) :cry:

Are you getting "Access Forbidden 403"/"Access Denied" ?
I'm unsure what the issue is as this sounds like default security settings within apache/xampp are in place. (You don't want outside hackers in your system, unauthorized users will be denied access).
Only way to prove you have access is by logging on to the local machine its stored on and accessing the site through localhost / home (127.0.0.1).

And keep in mind, that consumer router often don't provide functionality to request its own WAN/LAN IP.
So to be absolutely sure you should check requesting from a second device with a different IP.
