10:11:26 AM [Apache] Problem detected!
10:11:26 AM [Apache] Port 80 in use by "Unable to open process" with PID 4!

Go to services and find whatever service has a PID = 4 and shut it down / turn it off / kill the process before running apache again.

Badly you cannot simply shutdown Process with PID 4 because it is a system proxy service for sharing common http ports with multiple programs.
