I recently installed xampp and this message keeps showing up when i run the xamppp control panel with administrator rights

As you can see, you already installed Xampp at a different location, so you have at least two Xampp installations which of course collide.

One is in c:/xampp, the other in c:/c-files/xampp - thats what your screen tells us (and should tell you as well!).
