Loading xaamp on an Alcatel One Touch Tablet?

I need to install xaamp on an Alcatel One Touch, to facilitate access to a php/html app I made.
Unfortunately when I try to run the xaamp installer on the Tablet, it error responds "Unable ..."
Any ideas, please?

There is no binary Apache etc. for Cortex CPUs etc., Xampp is compiled for Intel CPUs. As well there is no Xampp for Android.
