What differences are between portable and standard version?

I have noticed that the portable version (xampp-portable-win32-5.6.3-0-VC1.zip) is 140 mb but full version xampp-win32-5.6.3-0-VC11.zip is 364 mb

what are the difference between these versions?? I am sure this have been answered before but couldn't find any info on apachefriends.org

In the portable version some single components are missing, like Mercury, FileZilla and Tomcat. Only the most used Components Apache httpd, PHP and MySQL are included
