xampp serv - cms (old cms that works on older xampp but not on this)

example of folder localisation
D:\xampp\htdocs\med\public\skins\med\gallery.html

Why it's not working " error 404"
and theres only
main page
links dont work

Don't telling the reason/answer for your posted support request is a brilliant way to not getting any help for future requests on this boards here.
Other users having the same problem should get the chance to evaluate if their problem can be solved the same way as yours.
That is the benefit for a community board against other private support channels.
