“Attempting to start MySQL and Apache Service”

I encountered unexpected shutting down of Apache and MySQL. Now, I'm done with:

Restarting PC
Checking the port (nothing showed up)
Checking the logs (pop-up message said they aren't found, so I ended up with creating new one. Now, still empty)
Checking firewall (mysqld and Apache HTTP Server allowed)
Checked the path (the bin file)

Now, I'm stuck with "Attempting to start MySQL Service", the same with Apache. Any idea 'bout this?
