Apache shut down after installing wordplay.

Hello all...It seems that when I tried to install Wordplay, this started happening. I have ports 81 and 443 open and active...have finally gotten rid of those errors. Now, it worked initially out of the gate but once wordplay was installed, it stopped letting me connect. Any thoughts?

Thank you for your help in advance. PS, Im not asking for help with wordplay. I just want my Apache back to normal. Thanks.
