Partition and installed XAMPP

I have my hard drive partitioned into 2 drives C: an E:
I want to put as much of XAMPP on the E: drive as I can.
My questions can I run XAMPP just on E:. Do I have to reinstall?
Is there a setting to pointer to a htdocs file on E: drive.
I guess I would like to know now that its installed on C: what are my options to get it over to E: drive.
