Hi,
I couldn't run my Apache, the error logs are:

php_error_log:

[21-Oct-2014 16:30:16 Europe/Berlin] PHP Warning: file_get_contents(lang.tmp): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\xampp\htdocs\xampp\index.php on line 2

Create a file "lang.tmp" in d:/xampp/htdocs/xampp/ and either leave it empty or insert two characters for your desired language (en = english, de = deutsch etc.). There should not be a newline at the end.

I dont know where to click there, either paste the logfile here or put it on an english server.
