Need help in installing XAMPP

Hi,

I've downloaded the xampp package for windows. Once the download is complete and I click on the setup it fails and gives a message: "Installer payload initialization failed. This is likely due to an incomplete or corrupt download file." I tried downloading again on my laptop and it still gives the same message. The download completes just fine. This happened for both 5.5.19 and 5.6.3 installers. My OS is windows 7 PRO.
