XAMPP with Microsoft Expression Web 4

Anybody know how to get Microsoft Expression Web 4 to use XAMPP for a local server?

If you are talking about publishing from within the program, you are overthinking what you need to do locally. Just create your projects in the htdocs folders you require and it will already run from http://localhost . You can (if you want), but you don't need to FTP into localhost as your files and server are already local.
