XAMPP.NL does not allow registration

I'm Dutch, and tried to register on the XAMPP.NL-forum.

However, all I get is: ""You are not allowed to register".

Not a glimp of a reason why not.

And there is no possibillity to contact somebody, too!

Quite stupid!

Does anybody know how to getin contact with the moderators of thisforum, in order to
find out why I'm not allowed to regsster?
