Problem starting Apache

I've just downloaded XAMPP and I cannot get Apache to run. It advised me to post the error log so here it is:

Skype was using port 80 so I changed that to 443 but still have issues starting Apache. I am logged in as Administrator so I don't think that is an issue. Any sugesstions?
