I have a problem with user accounts.
A while ago I installed xampp and everything was fine unless I could not delete a database directly from the DROP command. But the rest was fine.
It occurred to me by the uninstaller uninstall xampp and reinstall it to see if I managed the problem. Now it has been another problem, I have created 3 users that the first time I had not created a user called pma, another called "any" and another called "any". Besides my phpmyadmin has signs everywhere red exclamation.

I tried to delete those users but I get another error configuration.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and I got it.
What is going on with phpmyadmin?
