Does not load the Security page in Italian

Hello everyone,
in XAMMP the latest version of 1.8.3 can not load the security page in Italian which is "blank". I checked in the file "C:\xampp\security\htdocs\lang.php" and is expected the choice of language japponese between the French and the Dutch indeed in the menu of languages​​, reference is made to Italian. if you replace in the portion of code "($lang == "jp")" the wording "jp" with "it" the security page in Italian magically appears.
