Please help. I saw this exact post with problem solved but I can not understand what they did to solve the problem. Below is my error:

12:13:48 PM [Apache] or reconfigure Apache and the Control Panel to listen on a different port
12:13:48 PM [mysql] XAMPP MySQL is already running on port 3306
