need to do network streaming but i dont know where to start

hi, im new here.i learnt that my android MX player can be used for network streaming..i have followed the steps from this website http://androidshare.wordpress.com/2012/06/02/how-to-network-stream-videos-via-home-wi-fi-using-mx-player-android/

after installation i got this log from xampp which i dont really understand, i have no background with php mysql etc.. please help me what do i have to configure. thaks in advance

Skype is blocking needed ports.
