Its weird its says: This page is not available
i have the newest version of XAMPP and i have windows 7 64 bit. And i changed C:\xampp to C:\Program Files (x86)\xampp

172.0.0.1 is not correct for localhost. 127.0.0.1 is better.
Bad idea to put XAMPP in UAC protected directories such as Program Files.
