phpMyAdmin Error

Hi,
i get this error whenever i click on the phpMyAdmin under tools in the XAMPP for Windows page. I run it in localhost.

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\xampp\phpMyAdmin\libraries\String.class.php on line 16

I opened the String.class.php and line 16 is just a { ! What can I do? Thank you in advance.
