bypass xampp to access router

I run Windows 8. I want to access my router. when i type in my ip to access the router and i type in my ipaddress, i get redirected to xampp. http://192.168.0.13/xampp/
how do i bypass xampp to connect to my router?

Only you have enough information to determine the issue. XAMPP does not configure anything with the router or IP addresses.
