hang on joomla database and cannot install it

eveytime hang on joomla when database stage come to installing but cannot go furthe steps just hang on in xampp, my op is win7 32 bit, i tired via google put on some tips but no one works...

Did you check the Joomla! technical requirements and compared it with the included XAMPP components?
