Can't Download/Install

Hi all guys, I'm using Windows XP. I was using xampp for mysql ago 5-6 hours but I was needed to re-install it and removed what I have about xampp. Later I went here : https://www.apachefriends.org/tr/download_success.html and it doesn't work. So I need to find anywhere to download/install xampp 3.2.1 . Can you help me? (NOTE: Version Should be 3.2.1)

1st: There is no XAMPP version 3.2.1, only the comtrol panel has this version number.
