Apache not starting

My apache does not start. This was the first time trying it.

This is the error that appeared:
Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.

I'm having a similar problem.
Have it running every day and 1st time I've had a problem.

Much as the log is telling you, Port 80 is in use. Most likely by a Microsoft Web Server of some sort since it is PID 4 (SYSTEM). A simple search of that line will turn up that conclusion as well as suggestions how to adjust.

I'm sorry but I am clueless where to start.

I have been using PCs for goodness knows how long and I do know how to use Google Search, which you had not specified in your earlier post, and I have been an apps programmer for some major international companies for a considerable no of years,
However, when it comes to severs, and Apache, I'm clueless.

I am running W 8.1 and I have tried the searches you gave me but unfortunately that was not of much help.
