Hi there!
I have installed wordpress 3.9.1 in XAMPP. Everything seems working fine except the Admin Panel. When I click on widgets, they do not expand. Also, I can't drag & drop the widgets in sidebar. Here is a screenshot: http://s14.postimg.org/ume979g35/screenshot_18.png

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Azizul,

JQuery is a JavaScript library and Javascript is running on Browser side.How do you think is XAMPP involved here?
Unless any further information XAMPP could be the reason i would give you the hint to ask at a Wordpress forum or support channel of this specific module.

Hello @altrea Thanks for your reply. I solved my problem. It seems that the problem was with my wordpress files so I downloaded a fresh version wordpress and installed it. Now everything works very fine. Thanks
