xampp MySQL app not running (win8)

I am using xampp for few month. But facing and error for 2 days and MySQL app isn't running. I re-installed xampp and it was working fine, but when I restarted, it stopped working again. Here are error codes:

I can running for win8.Maybe you can try to use running it with administrator
On the other hand,Check the Windows Event Viewer log files and XAMPP
