Can i make a website host with this???

Hi. i wanted to know if i can make a website host with this program. my friend did something like that but he did not use his Domain Name. i would like to know how you put your Domain Name in the program and such (in a miny tutorial if possible). also is it possible to Host more than one domain name with this program??? if so,how??? also can you use a Cpanel and does it come with a way how to change the user and pass and other things as well as make them in the FTP account??? i appresiate your time. thanx. cyz
